Posting payroll data into SAP

How do i post into SAP the information needed by SAP to create a flawless Payroll, from a non SAP system or from an excel or text file, what fields do i need to pick and how do i develop the interface to pick this information from the respective files and update the respective tables in SAP

Please help me step by step?
