Hi all,
We developed a smartform with a PDF417 barcode on it. Now we published this form and one of our customers rejected the form because of the unreadable barcode. Strange issue, because we can read the barcode with our scanner but they can't. They returned the remark "The modulation is to low. It is 51% and it must me 60%".
Can anyone explain how we can increase this?
