Hi,
I am using PCH Logical Database. I am getting the default selection screen. I want
1. a couple of fields to be removed from the selection screen &
2. a couple of fields to be added to the selection-screen.
How can I acheive it.

there are many HR Report Categories to choose from(or you can create your own) - they allow you customize the selection screen.
from your program GOTO -> ATTRIBUTES -> HR Report Category
