output type not getting processed

Hi

I have created a condition record in nace ...whenever i create a PO...the output type NEU is processed with the vendor i put in the condtion record...however it is with yellow triangle ( not processed ) ...also there is a entry in NAST but the processing status is not processed and when i save the PO the output type disappears instead of turning into "green" status..

where might be the problem

Hi Hema,

Is PO has release strategy enabled? If yes, then output type gets triggered only once PO is released. Also, another reason could be some system dump, have a look at ST22 txn.

how can i check if the release strategy is enabled???

also i can see the output type in the messages screen ....it is just that it is in yellow and not green color

In ME22N, click on "Messages" button, this will open output page where you will see o/p type NEU in yellow status. Now select NEU in yellow color, click on "Further data"and set "Dispatch time" to 4 (Send immediately). After doing this save the purchase order. This will mean that the output idoc is triggered immediately. Later when you open the PO in ME23N, you can see the output type turned green.

Can you open your PO using ME29N and try to check for Release strategy tab in the header.

the release strategy is 01

Go to edit mode and release the PO and then once you save the PO the output turns green.
