Am not yet started the implemetation, but found that,

But, here our's version is 4.7, level is 27, highest support is SAPKH47027, where as the said SAP NOTE instructions r

Support Packages

Support Packages------ Release------- Package Name

SAP_APPL----

46C -

SAPKH46C55

SAP_APPL--

470--

SAPKH47029SAP_APPL 500 SAPKH50017

SAP_APPL 600 SAPKH60010

1 - So, Does it( I mean, Ours is 27 and supporting package is 29!) makes any problem? I guess its? If so, How to correct it?

2 - Here I found one SAP given Z_prog., so, after pasting it in se38, Shuld I need to execute it?

3- After activation of the given Z_prog., I will get a TR, right! So, I guess I need to TR it to Test Box! right?

--> it means the note is included in SAPKH47029 ie you can implement the note in you have a lower SP (27,28...) or import SAPKH47029.

Hello Srikhar,

Do not implement oss notes ,looks like this is not correct oss note number.

highest support is SAPKH47027

Look at oss SAPKH47029

There is diffrenece ,talk to basis guy or senior guy,or try to send message to SAP.

Ours (version is 4.7) highest suport is SAPKH47027............

But, SAP NOTE requires SAPKH47029!

So, its not matching! So, I shuld not implement! right?

Anyways, pls. answer my other 2, 3 dounts!

Dear Srikhar,

Support pack is a collection of SAP notes. If Your SAP Support pack level is 27 and SAP note is available in Support pack 29, Then you can ask BASIS team to upgrade the support pack level to 29. This is one option. If they can not implement Support pack Now. You can go ahead and implement SAP note using SNOTE transaction.

If you have any questions, please let me know.

Regards,

Wiboon

2 - Here I found one SAP given Z_prog., so, after pasting it in se38, Shuld I need to execute it?

Yes ,you need to test it in developement system then move it to quality if everything is okay

3- After activation of the given Z_prog., I will get a TR, right! So, I guess I need to TR it to Test Box! right?

When you implement oss note using SNOTE Transaction, here it will ask Transport request, you need to create transport request.

Ours (version is 4.7) highest suport is SAPKH47027............

But, SAP NOTE requires SAPKH47029!

So, its not matching! So, I shuld not implement! right?

when you see support pack,it is not matching,so ask basis guy or senior guy or create ticket with SAP,and confirm.

Thanks

thanq,

why am insisting is that, my PM already hv seen this thing i.e. 27 Vs 29.

But, he is (really)guessing, still it may b possible! if so, Do u hv any clue?

1 - Is it that, I hv to evaluate the SAP supplied SAP_Z_PRO. and developing the same MY_Z_PROG.?

2- or no way, Its possible?

Hi

Go to development system, then enter t_code (snote) then Go to option (Menu bar),then select sap note down load option then type the sap note and then execute.

after that goto (menu bar) select note browse and type the sap note then select execute button and double click on the line then check implementation status whether sap note is implemented or not.

if implemented, come back snote home page, expand in process then select your sap note and then execute.

it will show one screen for confirmation of sap note select 'yes' button then click on continue icon after that it will ask cts for your sap note then click on continue again click on continue icon.

after that it will show one information message that 'sap note implemented completely'.

Reward points!!

Thanks & Regards,

Vasudeva Rao.
