Orders idoc problem

Good afternoon:

When i am executing in background in we19 for uploading a sales order it gives me not existing batch input data in some screens.

I think that it is problem of warnings in the idoc execution, is there a solution for ignoring the messages and warnings?.

It was a problem in user exit
