open a tcode without authorization

Hi Gurus

Can anyone please tell me how to open a T-code without authorisation(Especially for ABAPERS).

Ex: i don;t have a access to open SE11 T-code, but i want to open it.how can i do this?

Running a t-code without authorization is like driving a car without license. Best way is: Apply.
