OO ALV Screen Size Issues

Hi,

How to set the screen size in OO ALV? When I took Custom Control with Length 140 and height 25 .. Some users are saying its small and some are saying we see four scroll bars 2 vertical & 2 horizontal.

Some say my resolution is not good and i unable to see column headings..I did not face this isssue while using FM;s in ALV reporting..

How to over come this issue?

Hi Vara, go to the screen in question, double click on the custom control, set the checkboxes for vertical and horizontal resizing, this will help with the 4 scrollbars.

You may also want to make your screen as big as possible, and then stretch the custom control to take up the entire screen area, the sizing will then be handled by the re-sizing checkboxes that you set.

So on 19" monitors, it will take up a lot of the screen, on smaller ones, it will be resized to fit and be comfortable for the user.
