notification- long text

I have to add this tab in an exiting report to add long text for notifications. This long text has to be used as search criteria for notifications. Can someone tell me what table I will have to use and how this can be done?

I have never worked on this before so trying to learn it.

So far I figured out that FM read_text and save_text can be used for this.

But I couldn't figure out what table to use for this.

Can someone help?
