Not seeing selection parameter in slection-text

Hi,

I am trying to add selection text to the parameter which I have defined in the report.

But when I go to selection-text option from go-to menu. I do not see the parameter in the list to which I can assign selection text...

REPORT ZLOCK.

PARAMETERS: P_Object(20) Type C.

AT SELECTION-SCREEN ON VALUE-REQUEST FOR P_Object.

Activate it first and then again try to give selection text,.

HI,

If u want to write selection texts for parameter or select-options, u need to

activate the program first, then u can able to write selection texts.

I think u dint activate ur program

Activate the program and then check in the selection texts u can see the parameter in the list.

Save your report program .

Follow the path goto --> text elements --> selection texts in the menu options.

Save and activate it .

Come back to ur report program , save and activate it.

this wud help u.
