Not able to read barcode

Hi all,

I used C128A system bar codes as character format in smartstyles

.

I try to scan the output using barcode scanner apps, but failed .

In SE73, I tried to generate the output on C128A system bar code; my bar code scanner could not read this as well.

My barcode scanner able to read some others item 's label correctly.

Appreciate if anyone able to provide guideline on how to troubleshoot on this issue .

Hello,

You need to follow SAP note 645158 to use new bar code technology to print

barcode 128. SAP recommend to use this new bar code technology.

Hello,

There are several ways to print barcode in SAP. Please see note 1557674.

1557674 - Overview of bar code printing from SAP system

1. Printing via bar code DIMM/SIMM or barcode-capable printer
2. Printing via a barcode.dll
3. New bar code technology
4. Using a bar code font
5. Printing via a PDF-based form

Please check by which way you printed the barcode.
