No response from graphical screen painter - Exiting

Hi,

I have release 4.6C, when i access the layout of a Dynpro, show an error: gnetx.exe

No response from graphical screen painter -Exiting

And

Graphical layout editor not available continue whit alphanumeric editor.

What is the problem? the instalation, an file missing?

Apparently you don't have Screen Painter installed. Try installing latest [SAP GUI|http://sapdocs.info/sap/uncategorized/sap-gui-downloads/]

It should help.

The problem is with installation only. Unistall the existing one and reistalling it will solve your problem.

Contact your BASIS administarator to fix this issue. This looks like version compatibility issue with the GUI component.
