Need the sample code to upload PR using BAPI

Dear Guru's,

I have a requirement to upload Purchase Requisition using ME51N.

For that reason i have to upload the data through a excel file using a BAPI. As i never worked on BAPI so can anyone help me out by providing the sample code for this....
