1) What is Cost Centre?

2) What is Profit Centre?

3) What is Work Centre?

<b>Cost centre :</b> Organizational unit within a controlling area that represents a defined location of cost incurrence.

<b>Profit Centre:</b> Organizational unit in Accounting that reflects a management-oriented structure of the organization for the purpose of internal control.

<b>Work Centre:</b> An organizational unit that defines where and when an operation should be carried out.

Hi Subhasish

Cost Center: Contains only costs from FI

Profit Center: Contains both Costs & Revenues from FI

Work Center: Only related with PP operations, no FI data is posted.
