I am trying to transfer certain Workflow related objects through SAPLink Technique .

I need workflow plugins.

I found few plugins online, but they are not working.

AFAIK this is the only plugin available. I suggest you contact the guy who developed it and try to fix it. It's collaboration!

I solved the issue of activating the plugin classes by altering the downward uncompilable code that existed in the nugget.
