How can we create a search help for a table control?

If you mean for a field (column) of a table control, then create the field (column) referencing the Data Dictionary object.

Example for sold-to number on a sales order:

create a column called KNA1-KUNNR and associate it to the Data Dic using the Attributes window in Screen Painter. OR attach the Search Help (if you know it's name) in the same Attributes window.

you could create search help for the corresponding table field and refer to the table control field attribute..
