Module pool textbox error

Hi Gurus,

Inorder to implement a Note, IAs a prerequiste, I added a new field J_1BNFE_CUST3_4V-AUTOSERVER to Program SAPLJ_1BNFE_CUST02 Screen 0004, Afterwards I made it as checkbox.

I run the T-Code, It's showing successfully all the fields in the output.

But When I implement the Note, It's showing the follllowing error.

"Element *J_1BNFE_CUST3_4V-PROCEMI touches or overlaps other element".

Kindly give the solution for this.
