Module Pool Program(SAP-ABAP)

Hi,

I want to activate one field in transaction PA30 .It means it is been there in program but not appearing in transaction.Can anyone tell me the reason of this?

i have made debugged the transaction but i couldn't find anything. please treat it urgent.

Hi Prabhas,

Are you saying about the infotype or PA30 screen it self? Can i know what is the field that you want to activate.

These activation of fields should be done by Functional consultants in SPRO.

1) Open SPRO transaction

2) Goto Personnel Management

3) Goto Personnel Administration

5) In Personnel Administration you can see a node called CUSTOMIZING USER INTERFACES, In this you can see Change Screen Header and Chnage screen Modifications.

6) If you goto Change screen Screen Modification you can see the Module pool programs for the respective infotypes

&) Check for the MOLGA for which you want to change. On double clicking you will see a screen. you can make the fields to display, hide.etc

If this is a standard field on an infotype, I would check the customizing of that infotype in the IMG. There are a couple of things to check:

1. Is the field you are trying to activate relevant for the country you are activating for? Sometimes infotypes have different fields available for different countries

2. Is the configuration complete? Sometimes you have to turn certain fields on in configuration.

here you have not mentioned which field you want to activate, any way you check the screen number and after going to that particular screen no and check the parameter that you have to activate to display that particular field, but i dont think the standard program would allow to do these things, you try these userexits which might help you to do the above changes
