is it possible to modify data of an inbound idoc by bd87 before re process?

You can do it WE02. Just double click on the segment you want to edit.

Then Data record -> Change

yep, when you run BD87, just uncheck the background processign box, and then it should take you to the IDOC display where you can edit the data.
