Message removal, program update

Hi guys,

I need to have removed a standard warning message out of a transaction. In SE91 I remove it but as it stays untouched in the program behind the transaction I couldn't get the desired result- warning appears (without the supplementary text though). Is there any chance that I have fixed the program automatically without changing the coding of the program by myself?

Please ask ur functional consultant to check in the respective spro settings if the message level can be changed.

Hi,

I don't think there is any other way rather than changing the code..Becoz even though you have deleted the text , the message message won't come but you can see the warning sign. Please see in which programs the message is used by checking the Where used list...
