Menu bar items missing

Hi, i got a problem with the Sap Easy Access, if i login with language EN i can't see the menu items "System" nor "Help" (not visible), but if i login with other language, for instance "PT" those menu items are available.

Anyone got any ideia to justify this behaviour?

Check languages installation via transaction SMLT (complement if required)

Probably the language EN is not defined.

Using the SMLT the EN language appears:

English

-Imported packages

-SAPKLENPX0

So i'll assume the language is installed, also the only issue detected with the system is the one i'm reporting everything else seems to work well.
