Material Migration per view

Hi Friends,

is it advisable to migrate Material Master Data per View?

I mean, first the Basic view, then the Purchase View etc.

If not, what problems can occur.

Hi,

Yes you can do this approach.

Otherwise the input file will be very complex and the LSMW or Batch Input program would be very difficult to create.

First create the basic data, later use the same RMDATIND program to update the pther views.
