Material master extension

Dear all,

I need to perform Material Master extension from an existing plant to a new plant. I did consider BDC and concluded not to go with it due to each different material having different views created and tons of tedious works need to be done.

So i'm exploring the FM/BAPI FM method to achieve the Material Master extension. Do you have any ideas?
