Material Consumption

Hi all,

I have to display material's total consumption for the given period from MVER table.

If the period entered is 06/2003 to 07/2006

then program should display consumption in year 2003 from JUN to DEC. In yr 2004 & 2005 for all 12 months. and for the year 2006 from JAN to JUL.

Can anyone help me to develop this logic.

Hi,

Material consumption data can be retrived from S031 table it contains the fields spmon(period to analyze month) SPTAG(current date)and matnr werks and lgort. material consumption is calculated on field AGVBR or

MGVBR (total consumption)

Have you looked FM <b>CONSUMPTION_READ_FOR_MM</b>?

Here are the parameters.

- Material Number MATNR

- Plant WERKS

- Period Indicator PERKZ (M= Monthly, W=Weekly, T=Daily, P = Fiscal Year)

- Fiscal year variant PERIV (if PERKZ = P)

Hi,

As laxman said, U can pick the consumption details from s031 table . Check MAGBB field for consumtion qty.
