Mandatory fields in VAP1

Hello,

Where can I maintain which fields of a contact person are mandatory or not when creating a contact person? In detail: I'm not able to fill in the initials when I create a contact person because this field is not available. When changing a contact person with VAP2, this field is visible and changeable.

I have tried transaction OVT0, OBD2 and OB20 but haven't been successful.

Please advice.

Hi Edwin,

Unfortunately during create transaction only last-name is mandatory (hard coded, not customizable with any table). However in our system the Initials are ready for input even during the create transaction (although you have to hit the "+"button to make the field visisble).
