Hi sap gurus,

In QK01 transaction, functional area and profit center two fields are avaliable. Can anybody tell me how to do mandatory of those fields

hi,

In selection screen for the fields you need to make mandatory, add "obligatory" addition.

Eg:

parameters : p_field1 type c obligatory.

Hello,

You can make use of tcode OMSG and make/remove mandatory fields in any standard transaction.

1. OMSG

2. Select corresponding Group from the list

3. Field status tab: Double click on the corresponding list where your field is availble

4. Select corresponding group from the 'select group'

5. There you will be having all the fields in the that screen with options of *Suppress Req. Entry Opt. Entry Display *
