In se11 enter the ztable name and get into it in change mode. Go to utilities--> Table maintenance generator. Follow the procedure. Its will ask for a functional group.

Hi Pavan,

To create a Maintenance View, go to the Tcode SE 54.

Give a name in the Table/View column and click on Create/Change.

It would ask whether you want to maintain a Table or View.

Click on the View tab.

In it, you can enter your Ztable.

OR

You can create a Maintenance view directly from SE11.

Give a view name and it will ask for which view you want to create.

Thanks.

Hi pavan..

to create maintenance view..you have 2 options..either you can use se11 or sm30. Now if you are doing using se11 then go through the following steps. First activate your ztable. Then go to utilities->table maintenance generator -> give some authorisation group (suppose &NC&) --> then give function group. you can give your table name as function group. Give maintenance type as 1 step n sceen number.. suppose100.and press enter

now go back and save.

your maintenance view is generated..

Hope it was helpful. Please reply if it was..

Regards,

Nikita
