Hello all,

Any idea about Maintenance View Events. Also could you please tell me where I can find documents for the same.

are you talking about maintenance view in se11.

Hi,

Maintenance view is used of outer join operations, In SE11 -> View - > enter view name - > create - > choose Maintenance View , I don't understand maintenance view events,

Hi Salil,

Maintenance View events are some kind of exits provided for you to do some additional checkings, modification to the data or fill in additional fields etc. But the pre-condition is that the table entries should be made through the maintenance view not through any program code.

Go to SE54, enter your maintenance view/table name. In the menu, Environment--> Events will take you there. There will be a pop-up warning, but you can proceed.
