Hi Guys,

can you tell me how i can send a mail to the client intimating him that his report or BDC has completed in the background.

There's a function module like RS_send_mail forspoollist. but it doesn't work. Is there any other FM to do the same. Please reply.

Hi!

This can be performed for a backgroud riport, but not for a BDC.

You can trigger an EVENT in the end of your background riport, and define a job, which can be run at the triggered EVENT.

For BDC, they have to check the BDC run in the transaction SM35.

Tamá
