Hi.

I am launching LSMW using IDoc to transfer material master data into SAP system. After executing Start IDoc Processing step message is returned

with text that application document was posted. Message status = 53 and

is green colored. But really no material master was created. I checked

MARA, MARC etc. tables. In the MM90 transaction corresponding record

for LSMW launching is grey colored.

May be something like commit work must be performed. How to do this?

Hello,

After Start IDoc you will get the IDOC number which contains all the data,

go to we19 Tcode give the idoc number test it in WE19 by giving different values in the fields, this happens because we may miss some values which are important to create the material.

Values are so much. Do you know typical reasons of such problems?

Please post in the correct forum and use a meaningful subject in future.

Hi,

Use the same values and try creating Material by yourself in SAP system and see if u r successful.

Check the new Material number created to ensure that u r not missing a Material Number from the MAterial Number range while getting this error.
