Logistics API (function groups CALO, CSAP,...)

Does anyone have experience with the function groups of the Logistics API?

I would like to use CSAP_ORDER_BOM_CREATE in order to create custom order BOM's, but even though it says in the documentation ([LOAPI.pdf|http://help.sap.com/printdocu/core/print46c/en/data/index_en.htm] and [SAPHelp|http://help.sap.com/saphelp_46c/helpdata/en/92/58b495417011d189ec0000e81ddfac/frameset.htm]) that function group CALO can be used to create and read a log, I can't seem to get this to work.

Can someone please give me an example of all the necessary steps to get logging readout to work properly? Thanks
