Issue In Launchpad Configuration

HI All,

I am facing a Issue in the launchpad Configuration in MSS.

If I am clicking on "Personal Work Schedule" it is showing the below error.

It is showing an error Function Code *HIS RETPSH 5 does not exist .

But I have Defined Function Code,Object Type for the function Code, and Task Functions for Personal Work Schedule and also I have done configuration in T.Code LPD_CUST.

Is some other Configurations/Settings needs to be done .  Pls Suggest.

Hello,

You can use the Report: RP_MSS_CONVERT_MDT_TO_LPD_CUST to repopulate the entries for the scenario type, role and the instance you're using for reporting in the tcode: lpd_cust.

Well when the report is run it will not overwrite the existing entries, instead it creates entries under new node.

Hence, make sure to delete the old node. This adjustment should resolve this issue.

Hello,

I had similar problem - everything was configured well, but on test system in every report that I tried to launch through launchpad I get the message that "Function code & does not exist".

After long investigation I found that problem was in missing authorizations for the user. So check roles and make sure you have assigned appropriate roles.
