Issue about SPAU

Good Afternoon Gurus.

We have an issue about using SPAU transaction.

We must to apply a SAP note for PCSF4BR1 include correction but when are trying to modify it the follow message appears:

"It's necessary to adjust object REPS PCSF4BR1.Editing it is not possible."

Double Click on the message we have:

Procedure - Use SPAU Transaction to do the object modification.

So, using SPAU we cannot find the object listed, so suggested by Basis consultant we undo the applied note and we reaplied with success.

Afterwards, accessing SPAU again the object appears but without any sign (red, yellow or green) but with the Reset symbol.

Clicking on th object we have the following message:

"Confirm - For the selected object still have necessary reworks, Are all reworks concluded?"

If we click "Confirm", the following message appears:

"It's not possible to define processing status on note correction".

So, we could not edit the include PCSF4BR1 and apply the note.

We appreciate any help.

If any object like include appears in SPAU, it should falls under 6 categories,

a)Correction in SAP Note

b)With Modification Assistant

c)Without Modification Assistant

d)Translations

e)Migration Object

f)Other Objects

Your include appears under which category?

Hi Mpred,

Sorry for the delay!!

For your object, put the cursor on the include PCSF4BR1 and click the u201CVersions (CtrlShftF4)u201D there take the latest version and second latest old version, click compare, in that screen it will shows the both versions code, check all the code in old version is present in latest version, if so go for Reset to original option otherwise go for Adopt modification option. Thatu2019s it.
