what is the difference between invoice and bill,which will come first.what we have to fill in those.

tell me details.

Invoice comes first

After goods delivered,invoice verification is there

here you can check the goods and posting to finance.

check for MM and SD flow..

INVOICE COMES FIRST.

ONCE THE GOODS IS DELIVERED WE CHECK WITH THE INVOICE AND GOODS RECIEVED. IF IT MATCHES, BILLING WILL TAKES PLACE.

sequence is once po is sent to vendor a sales order is created.

sales order is processed and now the items are delivered to the customer ..

this is delivery .

once reached the invoice is generated to settle the billing amount .

this is billing.

invoice carries the details of the item with price and details along with the quantity .
