Hi,

Yes, ITS is still supporting by SAP. It is a part of WAS. SRM, CRM... are still working on ITS.

Now the latest version of ITS is integrated with WAS. In portal perspective, SAP is recommending all the Customers to use webdynpro. I think, SAP will not release enhanced version of ITS in the future..

One of my friend is working in ESS/MSS upgrade project, they are moving Internet services from standalone ITS 6.2 to Integrated ITS 7.0 . They are facing lots of problem in the Integrated ITS, because many of the custom developments are not working..same like standalone ITS.SAP released many patches to fix this issues.

In the future, SAP wont support any new implementation based on ITS.
