I have 1 to 100 records in internal table and I want to SEE only 1st and 100th record,how can I see ,what is the command used.

Something like;
READ table INDEX 1.
DESCRIBE table LINES lin. "Tells you how many lines in the table
READ table INDEX lin.

LOOP AT itab.
AT FIRST.
WRITE itab.
ENDAT.
AT LAST.
WRITE itab.
ENDAT.
ENDLOOP.

try this
read table itab index 1.
...
read table itab index 100.
or you can try to sort ascending/descending and read table itab index 1
sort itab ascending.
read table itab index 1.
sort itab descending.
read table itab index 1.
