Inbound IDoc getting processed partially

HI All,

We have a strange issue in our system as some of the Idoc not getting processed completely in SAP system

Suppose if we are getting 100 Inbound IDocs from PI, some of the IDocs paritally processing in SAP syatem(Only Header segment is coming),When we are checking PI the outbound Payload is correctly populated but in SAP only one segment saved.This happening in production system and we need to find out the root cause.When we are re-processing the same IDoc from PI it will process successfully.

Answered.Metedata was getting deleted from PI.
