Hi Sam,

please explain a bit more detailed.

An edited IDoc automatically receives the status 69 (IDoc was edited) when you save, while the original data is saved under a new IDoc number with the status 70 (Original of an IDoc which was edited). Once the IDoc contents have been edited by an accounting clerk, the corrected IDocs are automatically posted in the next correction run.

[What is your situation (IDoc type, process, when and why do 64 & 69 status appear.|http://help.sap.com/erp2005_ehp_05/helpdata/EN/3b/ccff99ec4e4843b4763e9915bf53ab/frameset.htm]

Hello Sam jhon ,

We can only re-process IDOC's using the T-code BD87. But the status that you are asking would not show up there in BD87 as this is only error re-processing transaction . If you have soem IDOC's in status in 64 and 69 status you can check in BD87.

May be the edited IDOC on status 69 may show up in BD87.

Hope this answers your question.

Thanks,

Greetson
