Idoc find

Hi Experts,

I need your help please help me to find the Idoc.

I have Material No.,Material slip no.and Material document no.,Year etc.(MB03 and MM03).

The unit of Issue is FT when we see in the Crossworld(GSD) it shows MM insted of FT.Please tell me how to find that Idoc which hit the crossworld(GSD).

Hello Ankur

When you know the segements fields where the values are stored in the IDoc then search for them using transaction WE19.

Please note that the area menu WEDI contains many useful transactions regarding ALE/IDoc.

Hello Ankur,

You can use transaction WE09 to search business content in IDOCs. Find the IDOC segment field definition for the data you are searching. Then fill Search in segment, Search in field, for value ... . You can find the IDOC.

Hi Ankur,

These are some of the transactions related to IDOC's

• WE19 Test tool for Idocs

• WE02 Idoc Display

• WE05 Idoc list

• WE60 Idoc documentation

• WE 31 Segment Editor

• WE 30 Idoc editor to create and extend IDoc

Check for a standard IDOC in WE02 or WE05 and test it in WE19 and use it.
