IDES DEVELOPER Authorization Issue

I have downloaded the GUI and logged into the MiniSAp N4S system to do some ABAP self-education.

I found that I cannot do any Developer work due to a problem with the authorization Object S_DEVELOP.

I get the popup in the attached screen print.

I followed the suggestions on the IDES Consult forum, about making sure the Package was set to $TMP, but I still get the error.

Can anyone help?

You need an authorization for this object, edit your profile (SU01)  and add a role for developer, look in PFCG or SU01 via F4 for role containing SAP and DEVELOPER string like SAP_BC_DWB_ABAPDEVELOPER.

You may also be required to provide a developer key (obtained from http://service.sap.com/sscr Register developer, via basis system with their user or super administrator with their SAP S-id)

You need to hit transaction SU53 after this pop up. You will get actual missing authorisation objects.

Take information from SU53 [Red sign] and go to transation SUIM, it will give extact role and this needs to add in SU01 profile.
