Hyperlink in Smartform

A mail regarding the change type in sm_crm transaction.The mail is sent and I faced a problem for sending a long URL via mail.But that is resolved but now i want the link which i am sending out should be a hyperlink. I searched all over but unable to find a proper solution.Someone please help regarding this hyperlink issue in smartform.

Hi Saha,

You query is not much clear, it would be better if you explain it in clear.

And as of my understanding, you need a hyper link the SAP Smartform. If so, please try the following document.
