Hi,

I have some users who mail me saying that even after the DOA is been expired still the delegator keep on getting the email or items to the inbox.

How to stop it. Can any one share other few problems and solutions.

Hi,

Normally the problem wtih DAO is like

The delegator receiving emails of Delegate even after the DOA is completed.

In this case you have to consult ur workflow team so that they can stop the DOA.

The other issues will be like doing a DOA for contractor whicih can't be done , in this case DOA will be canceled.
