I require to display the position description in one of my HR Reports. where can i can get the position details

Descriptions are stored in table HRP1000

with OTYPE = 'S'.

did you check the info type PA0001,

<b>PA0001-PLANS "position

PA0001-STELL "job</b>

these are the fields you are looking for.

I fetch the Position details from T528T-PLSTX table by using common field 'PLANS'

Is it correct or suggest me pls

Yes get the plans from Pa0001 and then pass it to T528T

pass the appropriate Object type and get the text.

But If i do this method, i am getting a duplicate records also . how do i avoid ?

PASS language 'EN' and oject type 'S' and then PLANS Position to T528T and get the text .

How you will get ...?

since there are 4 keys , one language(EN),Object type(S), Position(Unique), and enddate.

you will not get the duplicates .try to pass all these in where condition.

Hi Ganesh,

You will get position description from HRP1000 table.

Please check the below code :

** Get Position from HRP1000
      SELECT stext INTO hrp1000-stext UP TO 1 ROWS
             FROM hrp1000
             WHERE objid = p0001-plans
             AND   OTYPE = 'S' 
             AND   LANGU = sy-langu
             AND   endda = '99991231'.
      ENDSELECT.
