HR integration though ALE : RAISE_EXCEPTION error

Hi..

I have an issue with inbound IDOCs posting. We are receiving the IDOCs for HR integration (ECC 6.0-->>CRM 5.0). As soon as we receive the IDOCs, HR Organization and Employee should be posted automatically. Because we set the procese code as 'Trigger Immediately'. But IDOCs are coming into SAP and sitting in 64 status.

We are going to transaction BD87 and manually posting them. but dump error.

Runtime Errors RAISE_EXCEPTION

Exception condition "SINGLE_EXIT_MULTIPLY_ACTIVE" raised.

Could anybody tell me the reasons for the above problem.

but error happened continuously.

Note that inform is different from our version.
