Go to https://services.sap.com or SNOTES (Transaction Code)

You need to have OSS User id and password.

If you want to download a note, use trx SNOTE

Goto SNOTE tr code or goto service.sap.com to find the note for your requirement then download the note from snote and implement it and change the status
