How to get methods list and it's paramfor an interface dynamically?

Use the function module SEO_METHOD_READ_ALL to get all the methods of any interface. Then use the function module SEO_METHOD_SIGNATURE_GET to read the interface of each method.

But can I use method SEO_ATTRIBUTE_GET to get attributes for an interface?
