how to copy a program from one server to another server .Not by coping but any program .

Or you create a change request and export it to new server or you download the program to a file and then upload it in the new system.

if your servers are setup correctly you can just transport it. what happens is that there are cofiles which hold this data which just then get transported onto ur server, find out with ur basis person if this is possible.

if its a report program, you can just download to a text file in local PC from one server and upload to the other server.

Hi,
You cannot copy a program from one server to another if you don't want to copy.
The only other method available is to have the program transported from the system that is having it to the system that you want to.
This can be done in 2 ways either by connecting both the system and defining a tranport path or by copying the transport files into the desired system and importing them using Transaction STMS. Your Basis People should be able to help you in this.
