How to convert Program Text Elements from language DE to EN

Hi Experts,

We have custom program in language 'DE'. Can anybody please let me know how can this program and also 'Text Elements' be converted into 'EN'?

SE63 to translate texts.

If you logon in English and try to change the program, it will ask if you want to change the language.
