Do you know, how table VBSS is filled ?, any transactions to do that ?.

VBSS is updated when you create a group of deliveries or invoices.

FM ws_lm_group_create inser entry in VBSS table

Primarily, it is filled thru a Billing Due List. T-code VF04.

Run a where-used for more info as well.
