Help for system & Security Aduit?

I am System Auditor & I have heard that it possible in SAP we have a functions

Inbuilt to Audit & Analysis, view security Audit report etc can you guide me how to go about this?

There are lot of thing you with regards to Security audit. For example Displaying the Audit Analysis report.
